Thesis Proofreading

Have experienced, professional eyes examine your completed thesis. Get constructive and specific feedback; grammar, syntax, and vocabulary editing; and ethical changes to increase clarity and readability. MindFull of English has an existing relationship with NTNU and can bill the university directly; alternatively, payment plans are available for private individuals.

The process begins with sending your document for review. It will be read and worked on for one hour in order to generate an estimate of the final cost; the author will only be responsible for the cost of the single review hour until the estimate is approved The document will be uploaded into Google Docs and all edits will be tracked and must be approved or denied by the author. The author must be prepared to be involved in the process in order to comply with ethical guidelines.

The delivery date for the proofread document will be quoted along with the cost estimate; and will depend on the length of the document, the speed at which the author can resolve comments, and the number of projects already in progress. On average, one can expect the editing to take place at approximately 20 pages/week. If you require the document returned faster, extra fees will apply to compensate for work outside of office hours.

The minimum price is calculated per 1000 words and covers the length of time it takes the editor to read the document without editing. The minimum price will be requested as a deposit and due within a week of the start of editing. If NTNU or another university is covering the cost, you may need to pay this amount yourself and claim the expense to prevent delays.

The final price will be calculated on an hourly basis, and varies according to the level of editing and commenting needed.
